Heidi’s goals…

  • ADVOCATE to deepen and improve teaching practices so that all students have access to grade level content and feel like they are a member of that class.

  • ADVOCATE To challenge the beliefs that adults have about who can learn and which students have access to grade-level content

  • ADVOCATE To fight to prevent tracking- tracking begins in Kindergarten.

  • ADVOCATE To refine intervention strategies and create resources for teachers

  • ADVOCATE To collaborate with other educational leaders across the country

  • ADVOCATE to continue to participate in professional learning to continue my learning

  • ADVOCATE To be brave to speak up at times that in the past I might have remained quiet

  • ADVOCACY for inclusive and differentiated instruction for all students

  • ADVOCACY for teachers to have the time and support needed to learn to support all students in grade level content
